Richard A. Goldstein
Rich founded Green Meadows in 1982, and incorporated in 1984. He began with the goal of providing personalized services, high quality maintenance, and skilled landscape construction: characteristics that he felt were lacking in the industry. His commitment to customer service and understanding of its importance are the reason for the company’s growing list of long-term customers. He is also a licensed pesticide applicator, certified landscape technician, and an ICPI-certified installer. Rich currently serves on the board of the New Jersey Landscape Contractors Association (NJLCA).
Director of Landscape Maintenance
Justin has been leading the Landscape Maintenance and Snow & Ice operations at Green Meadows for the better part of a decade. While maintaining an ever-growing list of clients, from turf maintenance accounts to snow removal accounts, he can easily prove why Green Meadows is far above industry standards for commercial and residential landscaping. Justin serves on the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Landscape Contractors Association (NJLCA), as well as a co-chair on the New Jersey Turf Grass Association.
Landscape Designer & Sales
Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Environmental Planning & Design, graduating from the nationally accredited Landscape Architecture Program from Rutgers University. For over 25 years, he has demonstrated his ability to generate strong, trustworthy working relationships with his clients by creatively producing solutions that work within their budgets, tastes, and needs.
Construction Project Manager
Gary’s professional experience in the Horticultural Industry stretches beyond 30 years. He began with retail sales while finally graduating to wholesale sales during his early years. Gary eventually moved into landscape construction and project management where he currently resides. His comprehensive experience includes site planning, demolition, grading, drainage, planting, masonry, snow management, project management, sales, and customer service.
Laurie joined the Green Meadows team in 2018 as the receptionist, maintenance, and snow administrator. Her organizational skills and ability to handle challenges help the departments run more efficiently. Laurie comes to Green Meadows with years of experience in banking as well as many years of office management and customer service. In her spare time, Laurie enjoys spending time with her family on their boat or at the Jersey Shore and Outer Banks beaches.
Tracey is our office administrative assistant. She has years of experience in supporting owners, managers and team members in following procedures, streamlining operations and effective communication. On her own time she enjoys yoga, cooking, and spending long beach days at the shore with family and friends.
