 All too often, the only time I call is when there is a problem or something pertaining to one of the A&P Properties, which you maintain for us, has an issue. I thought it appropriate to take a moment to write this letter and thank you for the outstanding job that you have done.
As you know, I manage 14 A&P Shopping Centers throughout the State of New Jersey and deal with a number of different contractors in both landscaping and snow plowing. I am pleased to say that dealing with you and your organization in both of these areas has been a pleasure, and has made my life substantially easier. You have always gone the extra yard to ensure that our landscaping is properly maintained and that the properties are at no risk during the snow plowing season. It is very comforting to know that, unlike some of my other properties, I never worry as to the outcome when your organization is on the job.
