He founded the company in 1982, and incorporated in 1984. Rich began Green Meadows with the goal of providing personalized service, high quality maintenance and skilled construction: characteristics that he felt were lacking in the business of landscape contracting. His commitment to customer service and his understanding of its importance are the reason for the company's growing list of long-term customers. Rich has extensive experience in all phases of landscape construction and lawn maintenance. He is also a licensed pesticide applicator, certified landscape technician and an ICPI-certified installer. He prides himself on maintaining the high quality of workmanship necessary to ensure that Green Meadows surpasses industry standards. Rich currently serves on the board of the New Jersey Landscape Contractors Association (NJLCA).

holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Planning & Design, graduating from the nationally accredited Landscape Architecture Program from Rutgers University. For over 15 years, he has prided himself on his ability to generate strong, trustworthy working relationships with his clients by creatively producing solutions that work within their budgets, tastes and needs. He is also an ICPI Certified Concrete Paver Installer. With his experience in the landscape design/build industry, Scott brings Green Meadows the ability to create unique outdoor living areas for a variety of different sites.

As director of the Green Meadows property maintenance division, Justin brings with him a vast knowledge of client development and customer service. With a prior career in real estate and property management, Justin prides himself on his capability to handle all aspects of the landscape industry. Striving for company growth, Justin can easily prove why Green Meadows is far above industry standards for commercial and residential landscaping. Maintaining an ever-growing list of clients, from turf maintenance accounts to snow removal accounts, Justin and Green Meadows are capable of surpassing all client expectations for any project scope.

Mike brings over 15 years of green industry experience to Green Meadows Landscaping. In addition to his CLT certification, Mike is an ICPI-certified paver installer and Vera-lock certified wall installer. Mike has a broad knowledge base, and is experienced in all aspects of construction. As Project Manager, Mike brings an energetic and hands-on approach to his work. He tirelessly ensures that Green Meadows brings out the very best in your project.

As a former accounting manager for a large New Jersey property management firm, she has 10 years of experience in budgeting, financial statement preparation and accounts payable/receivable. Donna possesses excellent customer service skills, and is well diversified in all aspects of office management.
