Our Team

Richard A. Goldstein, President of Green Meadows, founded the company in 1982, and incorporated in 1984. Rich started the company in order to provide personalized service with high quality of construction... characteristics that he felt were lacking in the business of landscape contracting. His commitment to customer service and his foresight in its importance has provided the firm with a growing list of long-term customers. With extensive experience in all phases of construction, irrigation and lawn maintenance, including being a licensed pesticide applicator, he prides himself on maintaining the high quality of workmanship necessary to keep Green Meadows above industry standards.

Scott C. Soehnel, B.S.L.A., Director of Landscape Construction, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from Rutgers University. He has been producing creative design solutions for large-scale master plans as well as intimate gardens. With his experience in the landscape design/build industry, Scott brings Green Meadows the ability to create unique outdoor living areas for a variety of different sites.

Ray Sharo, Director of Landscape to Maintenance, Graduated from Rutgers Turf Grass Management program. He brings over 29 years of experience including 6 years as an Asst. Superintendent at a prestigious golf course in northern New Jersey, and 19 years as a turf consultant for one of the leading wholesale nurseries in the country. Ray's wealth of knowledge will continue to provide our clients with the highest level of service, beautiful aesthetic appearance and outstanding customer satisfaction you will be proud of.
